About the Machine

The Forvet Lines series, comprising the KEY + CHIARA & FRANCESCA LINE, offers an innovative and highly efficient solution to address the challenges faced in glass processing. In today's glass manufacturing, the need for optimized production has become increasingly critical as the industry has shifted toward more customized, single-unit orders. This transformation has given rise to the necessity of nesting multiple orders to optimize the cutting process, resulting in delays in order completion, increased demand for dollies, and manual labor-intensive operations.

The KEY concept within the Forvet Lines series is designed to revolutionize the glass production process. It enhances flexibility, reduces space requirements, shortens delivery times, improves product quality, and frees up workers for other essential tasks. This innovation seamlessly interfaces with Forvet equipment, taking advantage of the unique flexibility offered by Forvet machines.

The CHIARA & FRANCESCA LINE, a powerful combination of two different processes, sets this series apart. These machines work together to accommodate varying glass thicknesses and sizes in a fully automatic operation without the need for manual adjustments. This exceptional feature is exclusive to Forvet's production line, ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency.

The Forvet Lines series provides numerous productive processes, both combined and individual, such as grinding, polishing, drilling, countersinking, and milling operations on glass with straight edges or out of square shapes. CHIARA acts as the master while FRANCESCA operates as the slave, ensuring seamless coordination and information transfer between the two machines.

Additionally, the line can be integrated into the production control office, allowing for real-time data exchange and ensuring that all information is readily available for workshop operations. Thanks to the collaboration of FRANCESCA and CHIARA, the Forvet Lines series offers a comprehensive glass processing solution, including seaming, grinding, brilliant polishing, drilling, countersinking, and milling operations, catering to the diverse needs of the glass manufacturing industry.
